    My Vehicle died in Wal Mart parking lot I was horrified. I called the toll free #roadside assistant they dispatched help that arrived within 30 minutes or less with a smile that brighten my day. The Mechanic accessed the problem quickly, professionally & said if you have any problems just call the toll free # and they will dispatch me out again with no problems. Cadillac made me feel special. Thank you ORR Cadillac for hiring Excellent Mechanics to standing behind your name.

    We took my car to get serviced. We were greeted with a smile and warm welcome from Shelby L Harper. She went over what would be checked and complete. Shelby L Harper Called after hours and allowed us to pick up my vehicle. I loved the personal thank card from Shelby L Harper. I am in customer service, so it is nice to see that there are employees and companies that provide such wonderful service. Thank you.
