    • A great all-around car (SUV).

Engine, transmission, all components still working like new. Plenty of power but also reasonable economy. Love the AWD system. A good size. Easy entrance and exit of the vehicle. Easy to maneuver in traffic and to find parking spots. Not a single issue with this car in 4 1/2 years of ownership. Also comfortable in a month-long trip out west 2 years ago. Over 3,000 miles in one trip. Highly recommended!
    • Had 1 owner before me. Excellent condition

The Escape fits me. I can see where I'm going. It's reliable. I've been in the hospital and several other people have driven it and they all rave about my car. Since I can't drive any longer I need to sell it but I don't want to.

I have 66,000 miles on my car. My check engine light came on and my code was PO301. I was told this was a cylinder one misfire and the car would be okay to drive but may run rough. I got in at the soonest opportunity after this only to find out the Engine has coolant in it and I need to replace the engine! WHAT??? It’s a bit over two years old and the engine needs replaced?? I have the oil changed regularly and all done it needs and this happens? Ford is currently only offering to pay for little over half and I have to cover the rest. Do Lots of research because I see this is a problem with Ford when I go in now and look this up. I was counting on reliability, I haven’t seen that.
